TEAM FITNESS TRAINING
It is no mystery that the best teams are often the ones that can continue to run, jump and push the limits even when they are tired. If the members of a team do not have the fitness level to compete for 90 minutes, 4 quarters or whatever is required, at some point they will most likely fall short.
The way to obtain that type of conditioning is through intensity. A 15, 20 or 30 minute training session with me will help get your team’s fitness to the next level. By putting your players through an intense training session focusing on speed, balance, agility, coordination, power and strength, your team will begin to display the conditioning necessary to compete at the highest level.
Pricing:
6 to 12 Athletes
15 Minute Session – $50 – Fifteen minute sessions are very intense with little or no breaks. These workouts are designed to get the most out of an athlete in a short amount of time.
30 Minute Session – $90 – Still very intense but will allow for recovery time between tasks and activities.
45 Minute Session – $140 – These longer sessions will include a combination of short intense training along with endurance and longer duration training.
Please add $10 for each additional athlete over 12. Larger groups and individuals can be accommodated, please call for pricing.
