FITNESS TRAINING and OPTIONS
You may be wondering how I will perform all of these miracles of weight loss. You must remember that we will be entering this as a team, and I can’t accomplish anything on my own. We will use a variety of Fitness Training that will include:
Cardiovascular Exercise
Resistance and Weight Training
Balance and Coordination
Interval Training
All of my clients receive a free fitness evaluation to help us set benchmarks for your progress. You will also receive a weekly workout plan to go along with your Personal Training routine.
