“I’ve been living a sedentary life.  I sit at a computer all day,eat and watch t.v.  Of course i own a gym membership.  Sometimes I would even go; maybe walk on the treadmill (while watching tv) maybe fumble around on the weight machines.  But I didn’t really know what I was doing so I gave up quickly.  Recently I saw some family photos with myself and I was horrified. i then realized I was getting winded walking up a flight of stairs.  I wanted,no I needed, to get healthy.”

With Keith’s abundant knowledge of different exercises the workout is never the same and never boring. Keith has never made me feel self conscious about my weight or limitations; in fact his encouragement gives me motivation to push further than I thought I could.
