  1.  You have a goal.  Whether your goal is to lose weight, lose inches, build muscle or just get toned and fit, I can tailor a fitness plan to help you reach your goal.
  2. A special event.  Your wedding may be 6 months down the road or a high school reunion this summer.  Don’t worry, I will provide you with the workouts and knowledge to have you looking and feeling your best for your event.
  3. Doctor’s orders.  We are much more vulnerable to issues such as Heart Disease and Diabetes when we are overweight or even obese.  Your doctor may have prescribed exercise, but you need a jumpstart.
